Based on the statistics of the Turkish University Satisfaction Survey (TÜMA), Higher Education Council (YÖK), the results of the study aiming to determine the satisfaction levels of 47,682 students studying at 199 universities, in the 2021-2022 academic year, have been published.

Erciyes University ranked 22nd among all universities and 9th among state universities in the "General Satisfaction Ranking" indicator, in the research report carried out by the University Research Laboratory (UNIAR) and measuring student satisfaction. In the report, in which rankings are made according to the satisfaction areas of state universities, our university is 14th in the field of "Satisfaction of the Learning Experience", 20th in the field of "Campus and Satisfaction of Life", 13th in the field of "Academic Support and Interest", 11th in the field of "Satisfaction with the Administration and Operation of the Institution". It was ranked 9th in the field of "Richness of Learning Opportunities and Resources" and 21st in the field of "Personal Development and Career Support".
